poor breakfast service soulless place
I was disappointed by the poor breakfast service. the food selections seemed all over the place. plates and cutlery were not refilled enough. the bar lacked atmosphere. Staff reprimanded me for moving tables.

faulty air conditioning run down room
the breakfast had enough choice it was acceptable
the air conditioning in the room was not working well it was a priority when i chose this hotel the room felt run down and old plus the shower temperature changed constantly it was unpleasant

wonderful staff comfortable bed
i had a luxury double or twin room balcony sea view. the room had beautiful bathroom products and a very comfortable bed. the breakfast had a lot of variety, with friendly staff especially the omelette chefs. the reception staff was wonderful and cute.
the hotel has a minimalist feel.

serene retreat with amazing amenities
prompt attention relaxing alternative
i appreciated the prompt attention to detail in resolving a minor issue with the safe. the staff quickly addressed it, we had no further inconvenience.. they moved quickly. the availability of multiple pools provided a relaxing alternative to the beach.
the process for accessing the various hotel facilities felt a little unclear upon arrival. a more comprehensive guide provided during check-in would be helpful.

Marvelous Stay!
large room delicious breakfast spa towels stationary bikes
The room was large and cleaned very well. The cleaning staff kept it tidy and refreshed it regularly. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was always delicious. Towels were available at the spa for beach use anytime. The gym include 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes.
The sauna was turned off during the day and you need to call 45 minutes before you want to use them.

The hotel boasts multiple pools and sunbathing spots dotted around at differing levels. Bars and restaurants were present throughout, each presenting lovely views of the sea and islands. I did notice how well kept the grounds were.
